CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The felony theft charge for Cleveland’s Chief City Planner, Kim Scott, was dismissed Wednesday.

She was arrested on October 1st on a fifth-degree felony theft charge, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records.

Scott was accused of falsifying a marriage license and a death certificate to acquire paid time off via the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

The City of Cleveland confirmed back in October that Scott was placed on unpaid administrative leave.
