Every year, the United States observes Hispanic Heritage Month between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15. It's a time to highlight the stories and contributions of people with ties to Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
In this News 19 Special, "Compartiendo Tradicion: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month," we introduce you to some of these people, who also have a connection to North Alabama. We also give you a glimpse into their culture and how they have made an impa
