EMERY COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A Castle Dale man has been arrested for allegedly committing several thefts.

According to the Emery County Sheriff's Office, the area of the Manti-La Sal National Forest has been subject to several thefts this year. An individual has finally been taken into custody.

Based on information from several victims, Emery County Sheriff's Deputies issued a search warrant for the residence of Kolby Kiesel in Castle Dale, Utah.

In his residence, they found most of the stolen items, which, "have been returned to their rightful owners." Kiesel was arrested on counts of theft, burglary, and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.
