LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - For the second time, the Lake Charles City Council has deferred a vote on the location of a proposed indoor sports complex.

Tonight, the council was set to vote on whether to build the complex at the site of the Capital One tower or another location in North Lake Charles.

However, Councilman Ronnie Harvey, whose district includes North Lake Charles, was unable to attend tonight’s meeting due to a prior commitment. Because of that, the council deferred voting on the location until Oct. 28.
