Britney Spears hit back at ex-husband Kevin Federline after excerpts from his memoir, which covers their brief marriage, accused her of multiple alleged wrongdoings .

“The constant gaslighting from ex-husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting,” the “Toxic” hitmaker wrote via X on Wednesday evening of the excerpts, and Federline’s recent interviews.

“I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys,” she continued. “Relationships with teenage boys is complex. I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and almost begged for them to be a part of my life.”

Spears went on to allege that the sons she shares with Federline, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, “have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by own [sic] father for me” and claimed
