Will Penn State, Terry Smith have major depth chart changes against Iowa? ‘Everything is under examination’

STATE COLLEGE — Terry Smith has had plenty on his plate since taking over for the fired James Franklin as interim head coach.

In fact, he quipped Wednesday night after practice that this week has seen the least actual football he’s worked on in his career, as compared to his previous role as cornerbacks coach. He’s been in constant meetings with Penn State athletic director Pat Kraft and his staff.
