J.M. Smucker Co. has filed a lawsuit against Trader Joe’s, accusing that the grocery chain’s new frozen peanut butter-and-jelly sandwiches of treading too closely to its flagship Uncrustables in both form and packaging, Reuters reported .

In the lawsuit filed Oct. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Smucker claims Trader Joe’s “Crustless Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam Sandwiches” unlawfully copy trademarked design elements, notably the round, crustless shape with crimped edges, and packaging features such as a bitten-out sandwich image and blue color accents.
