EUGENE, Ore. — After seeing their 18-game home winning streak come to an end last weekend, the Oregon Ducks are shifting their focus to the road — and to redemption.
Oregon fell 30–20 to Indiana, marking its first home loss since 2022 and first defeat of the season. Now, the Ducks are determined to regroup as they travel east to face Rutgers on Saturday.
Junior center Iapani Laloulu has emerged as a steadying voice for Oregon this week, emphasizing the importance of moving forward with composure and focus.
“Obviously you don’t want to lose, but that’s part of the game and part of life,” Laloulu said. “Sometimes you’re gonna get knocked down, and what’s your response to that? For me as a leader, I just have to make sure everyone’s level-headed, not worried about the past or the future,
