Crews respond to fire on South Elliot Street

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) -- Firefighters were sent to a home in the 900 block of South Elliot Street to put out a fire.

According to officials, the fire was mainly on the exterior of the home, but smoke did make it inside. Firefighters say no one was hurt and no one was in the home at the time of the fire.
