BOSTON — Jaylen Brown left the Celtics’ preseason game against the Raptors midway through the first quarter, going back to the locker room with left hamstring tightness, per the team. He is doubtful to return. Brown started Wednesday’s game at TD Garden as the C’s played through most of their rotation in their final preseason game .

As Brown left for the locker room, he favored his left hamstring as he also grabbed at it a few times. Considering it’s just preseason action, the Celtics will be cautious with their four-time All-Star. But that is something to monitor going forward with the regular season one week away from tipping off.
