A popular Sydney restaurant has called it a day after entering into voluntary liquidation.

Dan Dan Sydney, located in Pyrmont, closed its doors with Nicholas Charlwood appointed liquidator, according to a published notice by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

"Notice is given that at a general meeting of the members of the Company held on 07 October 2025, it was resolved that the Company be wound up and that Nicholas Charlwood be appointed liquidator(s)," the notice published on October 8 read.

The restaurant, which was located at 1/21 Harris Street - just a five-minute walk from The Star casino, had a menu of Pan-Asian flavours inspired by the travels and culinary adventures of owners Bobby Volcevski and Andrew Duncan, who also served as head chef.
