Most of us who work to address climate change think a lot about fossil fuels, CO2 emissions, electrification of our major energy uses to facilitate use of renewable sources for electricity, supporting the adoption of solar panels and wind power, and so on.

But there’s another place where the choices we make, individually and collectively, have a big impact on climate — where our money is invested and how it is used. This area is often known as “climate finance.“
