Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline are all grown up.

In Kevin Federline ’s new memoir, You Thought You Knew , set to release Oct. 21, he gave insight into his and Britney Spears ’ so ns as they come into adulthood, noting in the upcoming book they “really started to come into their own” after getting some distance from the “Circus” singer.

“Preston seemed way less anxious,” Kevin detailed of the now 20-year-old, who goes by his middle name. “ He seemed more comfortable in his own skin, like he was finally stepping out of the shell he’d lived in for so long. Preston had always been the quieter one, but he started opening up, hanging with friends, riding around, making young memories.”
