Infosys ' board has considered a proposal of interim dividend . The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 23 per equity share on Thursday, October 16. Infosys has also announced the dividend record date (ex-date) along with payment date today. IT major has fixed October 27, 2025 -- as the Record Date of the said dividend. Moreover, the company has fixed November 7, 2025 as the payout date of this interim dividend. "Declared an interim dividend of ₹ 23/- per equity share, fixed October 27, 2025 as a record date and November 7, 2025 as a payout date," the company said in an exchange filing.
