COLUMBUS, Ohio — David Ornstein has owned his office off East Main Street for more than 20 years. He's watched the area evolve and is an active member of the east main street special improvement district board.

But despite the improvements being made, and more on the way, he still experiences regular issues with serious crashes outside his business.

Ornstein says the unclear turning lane at East Main Street and South Hampton Road causes the most issues. He's seen dozens of crashes over the past few years, specifically from drivers in that spot.

"I've seen cars upside down, I've multiple times had cars hit my building! Somebody drove through my fence back here and actually went all the way behind this women's clinic behind me," said Ornstein.
