RCMP say a 48-year-old man they pulled over in Gander Tuesday night had contraband tobacco and illegal drugs in the vehicle, was in violation of a court order, and had previously lost his driver’s license.
Police stopped him after noticing expired stickers on the vehicle.
In addition to the cigarettes, RCMP also seized cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Stephen Budden is facing charges related to the contraband, violation of the court order and having few, if any, credentials required under the Highway Traffic Act to drive a vehicle.
