(CNN)– Smucker’s is suing Trader Joe’s over what it claims is a copy-cat of its Un-crustables sandwiches.

The new Trader Joe’s product is called “crustless peanut butter & strawberry jam sandwiches.”

In the lawsuit, the JM Smucker Company claims the competing product violates its trademarks for product design and packaging.

The suit cites the sandwiches’ shape and the undulated crimping around its edges.

Smucker says the Trader Joe’s packaging uses an image for which Smucker holds the trademark for.
