(FOX40.COM) — Trader Joe's may be in a sticky situation with J.M. Smucker Co. after recreating its own version of a classic lunchbox go-to.

Smucker, which is famously known for its "Uncrustable" sandwich, filed a lawsuit against the neighborhood grocery store, Trader Joe's. In recent months, Trader Joe's released its version of a frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which the Smucker company claims violates its trademarks, according to the Associated Press.
