A suspected kidnapper who was charged with violently attacking a woman earlier this year has been busted for another kidnapping — this time of a 23-year-old woman who is still missing 12 days after she vanished in Philadelphia.

Keon King, 21, was first busted earlier this year for allegedly throwing a woman in his car and then trying to strangle her, Fox 29 reported .

However, the charges were dismissed in May when the accuser stopped showing up for court — until King was eyed in the recent disappearance of Kada Scott, a 23-year-old who vanished on Oct. 4. 4

He was charged as a huge search is continuing for Scott, who was last seen leaving the senior home where she worked.
