The reigning national champions and preseason No. 20 Cardinals were supposed to play at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany on Nov. 4. But the government shutdown, now in its 16th day, could prevent that from happening. If the shutdown is still ongoing by Monday, Oct. 20, the game will be moved to the U.S. Naval Base in Washington, D.C., according to a report by Maggie Vanoni of CT Insider
