BELOIT, Wis. (WKOW) -- Two people were taken into custody in Beloit after a robbery Wednesday night.

Three people reported being robbed in the area of Nelson Avenue and Keeler Avenue, according to the Beloit Police Department. Police say one of the victims chased one of the suspects onto Porter Avenue, where a second suspect pointed a gun at the victim. After that, the suspect took off in a vehicle.

Police located that vehicle in a driveway on Locust Street, with the two suspects nearby. An officer and a detective recovered the gun and arrested both suspects.

Police arrested Richard Dixon, 19, for strong-armed robbery and disorderly conduct, and Marcus Davis, 20, for strong-armed robbery-as a party to the crime and second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
