High Court legal documents allege that Kevin Spacey "deliberately assaulted" a man on multiple occasions despite being told: "No, this is not right." ‌

A man who cannot be identified and is only being referred to as LNP is suing Spacey for damages over claims he was sexually assaulted, which led to "pain, suffering, anxiety and distress."
