RANDOLPH, Mass. —
A Massachusetts woman seriously injured after being struck by a car in Randolph on Tuesday has died, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey's office.
The woman, identified as Ruth Samuels, 57, of Dorchester, was hit in the area of Warren Street and Silver Street just before 6:30 a.m.
The driver of the vehicle, a 48-year-old woman, remained at the scene.
Officials say no charges have been filed.
The crash remains under investigation by Randolph police, the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the Norfolk district attorney’s office.
No further information was immediately available.
