ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A former SCI Camp Hill employee was arrested after allegedly attempting to meet with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.

Robert Burkholder, 36, was arrested after police were contacted by 814 Pred Hunters, a group that specializes in targeting online predators who are attempting to solicit or engage in sexual activity with minors. The group told police that Burkholder had been in contact with one of their decoys, who he thought was a 14-year-old girl, according to the criminal complaint.

Burkholder allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to the decoy, who had told him how old she was early on in conversation. In one conversation, police noted that Burkholder provided pictures of himself, with one being in his Department of Corrections uniform, according to
