DES MOINES, Iowa —

The Eric Henderson era at Drake University officially begins Nov. 3 at the Field of 68 Opening Day Marathon.

The three-game "marathon" in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, opens at 12:30 p.m. with Murray State vs. Omaha. Drake and Northern Arizona play at 3 p.m., followed by South Dakota State University against Merrimack at 8 p.m.

Henderson has built a team that will be almost completely new to fans after six players followed Ben McCollum to Iowa .
