ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said Thursday night two men were shot and one person was killed in a shooting in South City.

SLMPD posted on X officers responded to the 4600 block of Ridgewood Ave. around 8:30 p.m.

Police said one man was dead at the scene and homicide detectives were investigating.

SLMPD then posted a short time later a second victim was shot and was taken to the hospital.
