Brooklyn Burns and Klyne Macke each had a goal and an assist as Camas girls soccer beat Union 3-0 on Thursday.
After Macke’s goal in the first half, Burns and Lily Yackel added goals in the second half. Natalie Grajeda made three saves to earn the shutout in goal.
The match could be key in the 4A Greater St. Helens League’s postseason seeding. Camas (9-4-1, 2-1-1) moved into second place, one point ahead of Union (8-3-1, 2-2-0).
Skyview (10-0-4, 3-0-1) extended its 4A GSHL lead to three points with an 8-0 win over Battle Ground. That came two days after the Storm rallied for 3-2 win over Union.
With just two league games to play, Camas and Skyview will face off Tuesday at Kiggins Bowl. The Storm can clinch the 4A GSHL title with a win.
