SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – After another frosty start to the day Friday, we'll get some reprieve from the crisp chill in the air this weekend. Could this warmer weather come with much-needed rainfall? Details below...

Not as cold tonight

High pressure is moving off the East Coast and warmer air is trying to return tonight. As a result of this we'll see more clouds and there could even be a spotty shower/sprinkle in a few spots, especially near and north and west of Syracuse, but most should stay dry tonight.

Lows tonight drop into the low 40s for the majority, with mid to upper 30s in the normally coldest spots southeast of Syracuse.

Will we stay dry for the weekend?

Most likely get through this weekend dry in Central New York, with just a small chance of a passing shower/sprinkle Sat
