STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities arrested two men and a woman in a raid where drugs and guns allegedly were found inside their apartment at the Richmond Terrace Houses.

The raid occurred on Sept. 18 at about 6 a.m. after officers armed with search warrants swarmed the apartment at 456 Richmond Terrace, according to a criminal complaint based on investigations by Narcotics Borough Staten Island.

When police arrived, Carlos Feliciano, 44, was in the rear bedroom and a woman, Takeena Williams, 55, was in the front bedroom. Daquon Williams, 38, also was arrested in connection with that raid, according to the criminal complaint and police.
