LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man police say is linked to three overdose deaths has been indicted in federal court.
A federal grand jury has indicted Brian Epperson on two counts of distributing methamphetamine that resulted in two overdose deaths.
Authorities say Epperson is also linked to a third woman’s death.
The indictment alleges Epperson knowingly distributed a substance containing meth that caused the deaths.
One death occurred in Powell County in May, where Kristen Morris was found dead from an apparent overdose at an Airbnb.
In June, Reachel Dawson was found dead in a Winchester hotel.
Epperson faces murder charges in Powell County and meth possession charges in Clark County.
Police also suspect his involvement in a third woman’s death in Fayette County, though he has not been
