ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Time is up for two problem properties in Albuquerque as the city now works to foreclose on them. The City of Albuquerque is starting the process of foreclosing on the Motel Six on Coors Boulevard and Iliff Road and the CVS near Central Ave. and Louisiana Boulevard. "We tried verbal through phone calls and unable to get any type of participation from the property owner," said Deputy Director Jeremy Keiser, City of Albuqeurque Planning Department.
