The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday ordered a judicial enquiry into the September 24 violence that took place during Sonam Wangchuk-led protests in Leh, which left four people dead and over 90 injured during police action. The probe will be headed by retired Supreme Court judge Justice BS Chauhan, assisted by retired District Judge Mohan Singh Parihar and IAS officer Tushar Anand.
