OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A person was found dead in a shed that caught fire Thursday in Osceola County, according to the fire department.

The fire was put out and was contained to the shed, the spokesperson said, adding there was no extension to the home or any surrounding properties.
Though the shed fire was less than a mile away from a burning scrapyard that forced U.S. 17-92 to shut down Thursday, the spokesperson said both scenes were unrelated.
