STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) – A Bath man has been arrested on a felony charge after officials say he excessively contacted a protected person for almost a month.
Adam E. Webster, 40, was arrested on the charge of criminal contempt in the first degree (class E felony), as stated in a release from the Steuben County Sheriff's Office.
