MITCHELL – Spring Mill State Park will come alive with fall fun during its annual Scarecrow Weekend on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy two days of creative crafts, festive activities, and Halloween spirit throughout the Pioneer Village and campground.

Visitors can make a rag doll ghost, create a scarecrow scene to take home, craft a small corn husk doll, make a leather craft, or paint a small wooden pumpkin to bring home as a keepsake. Program times will be posted on bulletin boards and chalkboards in the village for visitors to plan their day.
