MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A man accused of killing the mother of his children last year in Berlin is trying to block evidence from his trial.
Dustin Duren's lawyers are arguing that the Amber Alert that was issued after he allegedly took his children isn't relevant to the case.

Duren is accused of killing Caytlyn Naffziger in February 2024 in Berlin. He then allegedly took the couple's 1- and 4-year-old daughters before he was arrested in Keene.
