Boston Police report an officer wasn't just going to let a Lynn man gun his motorcycle and speed away after being spotted nearly flattening pedestrians and roaring through a traffic light in Park Square - he grabbed one of the guy's handlebars, sending the bike and the man to the ground, only the man got up and tried to run away, but didn't get very far before officers collared him in the square's little park on Stuart Street.
Brian Santos-Rosario, 35, was nabbed as part of a BPD crackdown on people on motorized two-wheel vehicles that have increasingly terrorized pedestrians across downtown, the Back Bay and nearby areas.
