MARSHALL COUNTY, Iowa — A man is facing dozens of charges after a hidden camera was found in a portable toilet during a middle and high school cross country meet in State Center, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities said participants noticed the device at the Lincoln Valley Golf Course on September 23rd. They immediately alerted authorities, who removed it and began an investigation.

School officials were notified, and interviews with potential witnesses were conducted. Surveillance footage was reviewed, leading investigators to identify a partial image of a suspect and a vehicle of interest.
