Beth Israel Lahey Health, the state's second largest employer, shrank its local headcount by more than 1,800, or 5% of its total, since last fall, according to new research from the Boston Business Journal.
BILH reduced its employee count by more than 2,000 company-wide, and 1,844 people from its lost workforce were from Massachusetts.
