(CNN) – Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs will face five years of supervised release after serving a 50-month prison sentence for his prostitution-related conviction, according to a court filing Wednesday.

The document shows Combs will also face other special conditions of supervision, like outpatient treatment for substance and mental health, including possible drug testing.

Combs must also participate in an approved program for domestic violence.

Combs was found guilty earlier this year of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
