MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) -- A fourth person is charged in this month's mass shooting in Montgomery, police announced Friday.
21-year-old Kemontae Hood faces one count of capital murder, nine counts of first degree assault, and three counts of second degree assault in connection with a shooting that left two dead and 12 others injured on October 4. The shooting happened late at night when gunmen shot at each other in a crowded downtown nightlife district, according to Montgomery police.
43-year-old Shalanda Williams and 17-year-old Jeremiah Morris were killed in the shooting.
19-year-old Jaborick Whiting, 19-year-old Dantavious McGhee and a juvenile have all been previously charged in the shooting.
