WASHINGTON — Organizers say more than 100,000 people are expected to be in Washington, D.C. in what they say will be the third and biggest No Kings rally .

The protest organized on Oct. 18 against President Donald Trump and his administration's actions is set to take place at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue NW and 3rd Street NW near the U.S. Capitol.

On Friday, crews were working on putting plastic barriers and bike racks along the area.

DC Police has yet to disclose the official list of road closures and parking restrictions around the national mall for the event that is expected to run from noon to 2 p.m. However, signs in the area warned drivers that there would be no parking starting on Saturday from 2 a.m. to 5 p.m.
