Thousands gathered at the University of Oklahoma's Lloyd Noble Center Thursday night for the Turning Point USA tour.
The organization is making stops across the country to honor its late founder, Charlie Kirk, who was killed last month at his event in Utah.
The tour stop featured multiple guest speakers, including Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt.
His speech had a somber tone as he read a variety of Bible verses. Stitt said he wants to change the political climate on college campuses, like Charlie Kirk did. He told the crowd to honor Kirk's legacy by building relationships.
"I want you to fight isolation in your generation. Find friends who are running after God and living their lives to glorify him. I want you to encourage each other to choose, choose boldness, to choose righteousness,"
