PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Hundreds gather at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Peoria to share ideas and think of ways to make the greater Peoria area a better place for all.

"All these people are here because the investing community, the greater Peoria area, to grow economically for everybody," said David Aduama, Communication Manager for Greater Peoria Economic Development Council.

"It's about the community coming together, whether you are an elected official, the mayor or a student, to come together and try to figure out what are priorities of our region are, how we grow together as a region."
