SPOKANE, WASH. — Incumbent Councilman Zack Zappone and Newcomer Christopher Savage are both on the Spokane County Ballot to represent District 3 in the Spokane City Council.

NonStop Local spoke to both Savage and Zappone, to discuss some key issues in Spokane.

Both candidates were asked questions on the budget, personnel cuts, homelessness and Spokane’s image.
