A top White House official says Boston and other large U.S. cities had a total of $11 billion in Army Corps of Engineer-managed projects paused, and potentially canceled, amid the government shutdown.
But Friday's announcement from Russ Vought, the director of the Office of Management and Budget, didn't specify which projects were paused. He said that information would come from the Army Corps of Engineers itself.
