WASHINGTON — More Foster Farms corn dog products are now included in a massive recall triggered by injuries caused by pieces of wood found in the batter, according to a health alert updated Friday. An additional 118,098 pounds of product are being recalled.
Foster Farms has now recalled nearly 4 million pounds of various frozen corn dogs.
The alert impacts poultry corn dog products produced between July 30, 2024 through August 4, 2025. Customers can identify the recalled product by finding the "establishment number" P-6137B on the packaging.
The corn dogs were shipped to retail and institutional locations nationwide, including Department of Defense and USDA Commodity Foods donations, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
