RICHLAND, Wash. – With Halloween just two weeks away, a home in Richland is already drawing attention for its elaborate decorations. Located at 131 Columbia Park Trail in front of Bookwalter Winery, the homeowners are inviting the community to enjoy their spooky display.
The homeowners, who have been decorating for over a decade, say their passion for Halloween was inspired by their children. "The inspiration was mostly my children like 20 years ago when they were little in school," they said. "And so I started collecting Halloween props and putting them out and having parties."
They've gone all out this year with animatronics, handmade ships and buildings, taking a month and a half to set everything up. The display is open to visitors all month long, except on October 25 for a private e
