PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Thousands of people around the nation are expected to participate in another round of “No Kings” protests this Saturday including over 60 planned events in Oregon alone.
The protests are against the Trump administration’s policies.
Organizers for the second “No Kings” protest this year say they are expecting thousands to show up and participate in what is being promoted as a peaceful protest this weekend. Dozens of events are planned in Oregon from Portland down to Medford, all down the coast and out to central and eastern Oregon, also.
In June, there were multiple “No Kings” events in Oregon that drew tens of thousands of people, with more than 50,000 in Portland alone. It happened the same day as a military parade in Washington D.C. organized by the Trump admin
