PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Conservative influencer Nick Sortor is back in Portland for the first time since his arrest earlier this month . Sortor was seen outside of the Portland ICE facility Friday night, drawing substantial attention from the crowd.

Sortor, who is a prominent conservative influencer based in Washington D.C., was arrested on October 2 outside of Portland’s ICE facility. He was charged with disorderly conduct, but the charge was later dropped by the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office after widespread outcry from the conservative community, who insisted Sortor was innocent.

Sortor pledged to sue the Portland Police Bureau after the incident, something he suggested he’ll continue to pursue when asked Friday night.
